Privacy Policy
The short version
SKY RATS does not ask you to create an account, does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or address, and does not send your gameplay to our servers. Your progress is saved on your own device. The only outside party that receives anything is Google AdMob, which serves the ads in the free version, and Apple, which processes purchases.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. There is no login, no account, and no profile.

Deleting the app removes the locally stored data. Your purchase stays with your Apple ID and can be restored.
2. Purchases
SKY RATS offers optional in-app purchases: Remove Ads ($1.99, one time) and cosmetic Cat Closet items (caps, hoodies, chains, bookbags, bats, baseballs and glasses; each a one-time purchase that only changes how the cats look). Apple processes every payment. We never see or store your card number or billing details. The app asks Apple whether your Apple ID owns the purchase, and uses that answer to turn ads off. That is the extent of what we know about your purchase.
3. Advertising
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads only. That means:
- We do not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA).
- The app does not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt, because it does not track you across apps or websites.
- Ads are not targeted using a profile of your behavior.
To serve and measure an ad, Google still processes limited technical information such as device type, coarse location derived from IP address, and general ad interaction. Google handles that under its own privacy policy. Buying Remove Ads stops ad requests entirely.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not have any to sell.
5. Children
SKY RATS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
Because we do not hold personal information about you, there is generally nothing for us to access or delete on our side. Uninstalling the app clears what is stored on your device. If you live somewhere with rights under laws such as California's CCPA or the EU/UK GDPR and you want to make a request anyway, email contact@serranogroup.org and we will honor it.
7. Future versions
Later versions of SKY RATS may add online features such as leaderboards. If a version begins sending gameplay data off your device, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the effective date above will change.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the game evolves. The effective date above reflects the current version.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading or playing SKY RATS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play SKY RATS for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to Apple's terms.
3. Purchases
SKY RATS offers optional in-app purchases: Remove Ads and cosmetic Cat Closet items. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. In-game progress and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Fair play
You agree not to cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, automate, or otherwise tamper with the game. If future versions add online rankings, we may remove scores we determine in good faith were manipulated.
5. Availability and changes
We provide SKY RATS "as is" and may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
6. Content
All art, audio, music, code, and text in SKY RATS are owned by or licensed to Serrano Group LLC.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serrano Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SKY RATS. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
